Template:Infobox Bella is a recurring character in Oobi. Description Bella is the owner of the local grocery store. She speaks with a thick Italian accent and is a good friend of Grampu. She is shown to be understanding when Oobi and Kako accidentally cause problems at her store. It is revealed in "Theater!" that Bella carries fruit with her at almost all times. Looks Bella has fair skin, black hair and blue eyes. Four fingers act as her upper lip while her thumb acts as her lower lip. She wears a white shirt and a green apron while working at her store.
