Transcript

"Bubbles!" is an episode of Oobi from season one. Like the rest of the season, it is a short that aired during commercial breaks.

Plot

Oobi-blowing-bubbles-animation — Oobi blowing bubbles

Grampu is outside with Oobi and Uma. After showing them a bubble wand and a dish of soap, Grampu blows a few bubbles. While the bubbles fly around, a strumming harp plays in the background. Oobi and Uma are amazed, and they ask to take turns with the bubble wand.

Oobi takes a turn first, then Uma. Harp music plays every time they blow bubbles. After Uma's turn, Kako walks by. Grampu asks if he wants to have a turn. Kako looks at the dish of soap and decides to take a "bubble bath" by splashing around in it. The others are confused at first, but they all laugh with Kako.

Grampu's bubble wand is yellow and shaped like a flower. Oobi and Uma's bubble wand is red and shaped like a leaf.
